The team at igroup have worked hard this year to ensure ambitious goals are met, focusing on improving customer care which has increased by 14.5% so far this year and building new business which has exceeded budget by 8.1% turnover year to date.
The team at igroup ventured out to Manchester in good spirits for the mid-year outing last Friday after work. Meeting up at the hotel for an overnight stay, they gathered in the bar for a warm-up drink with Portugal vs Spain World Cup game providing an entertaining atmosphere.
At the beginning of this year, the business rolled out a revised portfolio of services which has been a great success. Our services were split in two-‘Professional Services’ and ‘Managed Services’, distinguishing between ongoing managed services-hosting and support, and professional services-a structured project with a clear goal in mind, such as migrations and software upgrades, moving hosting providers, increasing or decreasing IT infrastructure.
igroup have added two more additions to their employee benefits package in a continuing trend to build on the already established positive company culture. The new additions include ‘private healthcare’ from Vitality Health and ‘death-in-service’ from Ellipse.
