Our SharePoint Services
igroup work with businesses at different stages of their SharePoint adoption.
We provide development and consultancy services to companies who are planning the first stages of a digital transformation.
We also work closely with companies who already use SharePoint, but want to unlock additional features to improve the integration it can have with their other systems.
We tailor our approach to our clients’ needs. We spend time developing a roadmap that takes into account the commercial objectives that are aligned to a project so that we can find the best best path to implementation.
Our SharePoint experts don’t adopt a one size fits all approach, or force an unsuitable solution on clients, rather we work through a full discovery process and implement a cost-effective solution that meets the business’s current and future needs.
A Typical Engagement
Fact Finding & Discovery
In most cases, our engagement with a client starts with an initial fact-finding meeting between one of our SharePoint experts, and the key stakeholders for the project.
We conduct a series of workshops that establish what the project goals are, and how these can be best achieved. The output from this is typically a SharePoint consultancy roadmap document that can be implemented either by ourselves, or your internal team if the required skills are available.
Development Process
igroup’s project management approach is called Ignition. This provides a fully structured method of delivery which prioritises the key goals and ties them closely to commercial outcomes. We work through how the solution will be tied into other business processes, and what will be required to deliver it.
Once a specification has been agreed, our UK based team of SharePoint Experts will configure the platform and provide regular updates for testing and sign off as progress is made.
You will be kept abreast of all aspects of your SharePoint development, and provide feedback as necessary.
Solution Deployment
Following sign off, you will be provided with training for key stakeholders within the business from our SharePoint Experts and account management team so that they can take advantage of the new features that have been deployed.
We provide time within the project to allow for adequate testing and you will receive full documentation that’s written for a non-technical audience.
Ongoing Support
As your needs evolve, or new features become available that could benefit your use of SharePoint, we offer a full, managed SharePoint support service. This means you can call upon our support team as required to apply changes and fix any issues in a timely manner so that your productivity is unaffected.
Many of our clients have been with the business for many years, using our services as required to ensure that their staff have access to a fully managed solution to aid productivity.
