SharePoint Hosting

A Microsoft Certified team that will work with you to support your SharePoint after development

When you start considering how you select a hosting company for SharePoint on-Premise, there isn’t a lot of factors to consider and help you compare hosting providers.  From our experience, if you’re considering SharePoint hosting, you need to think more about the application your hosting and how you can enable it to evolve over time allowing it to grow with your business.

What is hosting?

We offer a fully managed hosting service based in the UK or Europe.  We’ll perform daily backups, updates and patching.  Deliver strong SLA’s and provide support covering the SharePoint site collection.

What do you get out of it?

Probably one of the most obvious gains from choosing Microsoft Azure is being able to leverage the power of integrating into the Office 365 suite.

Choosing to outsource hosting, boosts your access to the technical skills it takes to maintain and manage an intranet and servers, offering peace of mind not having to worry about hiring skilled employees if someone leaves your business.

You also have the option to explore a hybrid route and keep any secure information in another space.

Why is it important?

You might wonder why you’d want to opt for a hosted SharePoint on-Premise version rather than the cloud. Many businesses have implemented customisations in previous versions and for this to work, the code had to reside on the server.

The current Office 365 version doesn’t support this.   But that doesn’t mean you should sacrifice something that works for you.  You can opt to continue with the on-premise version but outsource that hosting with igroup.   We can take on supporting the code through our onboarding process and your business continues to benefit from that customised feature.

Selecting a provider that not only hosts but also develops, eliminates frustrations chasing multiple parties to pinpoint a problem.  We provide a full suite of services, from architecture, deployment, and migration.  You also don’t need to worry about regularly performing a health assessment.
