Last Saturday, the igroup team hit the high ropes to participate in some forest adventures at Delamere.
The last few months have seen the igroup team grow with the arrival of two graduates, Harry Ellis and Richard Sayer in the role of Sales Development Representatives. They were recruited from Pareto Law.
Pareto’s graduate sales recruitment process is unlike any other. For more than 20 years, they have carefully honed their assessment techniques to bring the top 20% of graduate sales talent. They provide every candidate they place with 128 hours of graduate sales training and support, so they’re fully equipped with all the skills and confidence to excel within a company.
Harry says, “I chose to join igroup because I feel I will be able to develop my own skills and have real opportunities to progress. “
Richard Sayer believes that joining igroup is, “A great opportunity, with the ability to learn a lot of new things quickly.”
We have also recently acquired Jo Coleman to our team. Jo started her career as Commercial Director at an International design group based in London. This role gave her exposure to an array of client businesses, coupled with the experience of running a large fast paced business. Working with talented designers, creatives and suppliers, the clients Jo worked with read like ‘Who’s Who’, from film stars, rock bands, fashion designers to business leaders and well-known large corporations.
With a natural disposition to work collaboratively with individuals, particularly entrepreneurs, Jo now offers business services with her experience offered as an alternative support route than using in-house team members. Jo is currently mentoring the graduates and sales team, sharing her experience and coordinating this with the marketing team.
In addition, James Lowery has been working alongside the marketing team as a consultant. James has many years of working with igroup and has extended his contract after six strong years.
The team at igroup is always growing and getting stronger, with the business results supporting the adage that great people can do great things!
