Jack Leese Impresses as the Highest place Novice

The season for the IG CloudOps Honda Type R Trophy driver has gotten off to a strong start with Jack Leese currently placed 6^th and the highest placed novice.

The first two rounds were at Silverstone. Having qualified 9^th Jack drove two impressive races to achieve 6^th place in the first race followed by 5^th place.

The Tegiwa Type-R trophy championships first rounds saw Adam Shepherd and Lee Deegan sharing the lead.

The following two rounds were at Croft. Jack’s qualifying round was much stronger, with him achieving 5^th place and put him right in the heart of the action. He then went on to achieve 6^th place in round three. The fourth round was looking really promising until mid-way through the race when Jack and Aaron Sharp made contact resulting in them both ending up on the grass. Jack recovered well and battled through to 8^th place.
