First Double Podium for IG CloudOps Driver Jack Leese

Jack Leese put in another strong performance in the penultimate rounds of the Honda Civic Type R Trophy.

Rounds 9 and 10 were held at Trac Mon Anglesey Circuit and the conditions were wet for the first time in the championship.

After qualifying fourth, Jack got off to a strong start, gaining 3^rd place by the first corner. He drove well and kept the position for five laps when his brakes failed as he went into the corner allowing the driver behind to catch and overtake him. Determined to get his first podium position, Jack drove hard and retook third, managing to defend this for the rest of the race.

The second race of the day proved less eventful with Jack achieving another strong 3^rd place.

The last two rounds of the championship are to be held at Brands Hatch on Sunday 26 th September during the Jap Fest event.
