CloudOps Backed Civic Gains Strong Results at Silverstone

Round seven and eight of the Tegiwa Type R Trophy saw Jack Leese gain an impressive 4^th and 6^th place respectively at Silverstone last weekend.

The drivers used the famous F1 multi-million-pound pits and the weekend saw spectators allowed back, following the relaxing of Covid restrictions.

Having qualified 4^th, Jack looked strong all day but was caught out in the final race when he went out on a wet tyre set up and the forecast rain never arrived.

A crash at the start of the race resulted in a restart and a reduced race of only seven laps. Jack did well to hang on to his 6^th place after a shaky start saw him drop from 4^th to 6^th.

The next two rounds of the championship are at Anglesey Coastal, providing a challenging and exciting circuit set in a breathtakingly beautiful location.
