Do you need electronic signatures?
iSignature has been developed to take the hassle out of confirming engineer jobs that have taken place. One of the major problems with, engineer jobs is that it is hard to prove that they have been successfully completed. iSignature provides a record of job completion which includes the customers signature.
A signature has long been captured to indicate that a job has been completed. Now, using PDAs this information can be collected electronically. This enables the signature to accompany invoices or be used to prove to the customers that the job has been completed and authorised by the customer. Having an electronic copy means that loosing the paperwork is a thing of the past.
iSignature Lite provides some basic functionality to small to medium sized firms at a competitive price. This includes an engineer being able to enter the job details onto a PDA. These details are then stored, along with the signature as a document, which can be emailed or retrieved from the PDA. All fields on the reports are configurable and can be defined before the software is installed.
The Business Server Solution (SBS) goes one step further and is able to enable a calendar and scheduling system which can push jobs to the PDA via Microsoft Exchange Server. The signature is then captured and sent back to your database for future reference.
