How the company started
igroup was founded by Steve Rastall, He was soon joined by Bill Farnell and Andy Hodges whose technical knowledge and Financial skills, along with Steve’s sales flair grew the business to the success it is today. Steve, Bill and Andy remain the three main shareholders within the business to date.

igroup is an IT solutions provider, with a large proportion of the company’s revenues derived from bespoke client projects, igroup's Dynamic Forms products and Microsoft Business Solutions. The businesses technological expertise has allowed the company to develop and provide further services; which include IT Strategy and consultancy services, managing clients outsourced and offshore developments.

A lean onshore and offshore business strategy has allowed the business to win numerous awards and accolades. The business has also won the Wales top 100. Further business developments have been gained through the company’s Microsoft Gold Partnership which has allowed the business to leverage the advantage of Microsoft software and allowed the business to become a total solutions provider. Further benefits have been gained within igroup’s own internal systems and this has lead the company receive ISO 9001 in recognition of their quality systems, procedures and in house training. In addition all UK staff are Microsoft accredited and certified adding further technical ability to the company’s comprehensive skill set. As the business was rewarded with more and more bespoke development contracts, the company invested in providing all project management staff with their Prince2 qualification.
Financial performance
Growth has been rapid and continous reinvestment has ensured service delivery. The company has at least doubled sales revenue every year since being formed via totally organic growth.
Future plans
The strategic goals of the company over the next year are to grow company revenues, whilst also maintaining a true partner strategy with all stakeholders.
