Wireless Email Solution

In today’s world of Science and Technology, where speed is the most important means of Survival one cannot rely on Postal letters and Courier services or even Fax which is a faster method as compared to the above two but not that efficient and convenient to deliver a message or a mail from one part of the world to the other, from one continent to the other, from one city to the other city or even within a city.
Electronic mail or the E-mail in simple terms is a most convenient and a faster method of delivering mails. But to access the facility of an E-mail one needs to have an Internet Connection and a valid E-mail i.d. in one’s Computer or in such other devices which support the Internet Application and which are connected to an ISP or an Internet Service Provider. An ISP is a company which provides Internet Access to a user on his or her Internet Enabled Devices for a monthly fee and which also provides a user with a username and a password. When you access the internet from your mobile phone the mobile service provider itself acts as an ISP which uses its Digital Wireless Wide Area Network to connects you to the internet but the Mobile phone i.e the device should be WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) enabled and it should be a high end phone to get the desired high speed, connectivity and easy access to the web like the BlackBerry or the Microsoft enabled O2 phones.
In a wireless e-mail solution the server installation process is very simple and straight forward and extra softwares need not be downloaded in the device because they are inbuilt and they usually come with the device itself. Users have to just login to a standard URL, enter their existing username and password and thus they gain an auto access to their messages or their email accounts.
The wireless connectors also allow the users with wireless phones and other devices that are compatible with Wireless Access Protocol or the WAP to check, compose, reply and delete their Emails directly from their devices. The mobile deliver server uses the Wireless Markup Language (WML) or the compactHTML to send or transmit the messages and the other information to the mobile devices.
The wireless Email solution is compatible with virtually all wireless Internet enabled devices including the WAP and Internet enabled cell phones, Pocket P.C’s , Handhelds and PDA’s.
The service is provided by all most all the mobile service providers in the world and some of the well known Wireless Email Solution Providers include Captaris, Cingular Wireless, RIM Wireless etc.
