What does your job entail I asked our QA Manager?
As I am in charge of QA at igroup it is my job to ensure our products and the service we provide are fit for their purpose and meet customer expectations.
I monitor and advise on how the quality management system is performing and publish data and reports regarding company performance against set indicators.
My day is spent liaising with managers and staff throughout the company to ensure that the QA system is functioning properly. If any changes are required I advise on their implementation and any training, tools and techniques which enable the quality of our work to be maintained. Maintaining the quality demands constant change and a variety of measures are continually being implemented to meet customer expectations.
There is a lot more to my job but one vital part is ensuring igroups quality is maintained for each individual project.
