Custom software is also known as bespoke software. It is developed for either an exact association or task that differs from other previously existing software (off the shelf software). Software is generally for companies, business, entities and organisations. The mass market is not targeted. Custom software application includes order system, order-processing system, production control system, office administration system, and electrical goods repair facility. Time sheet and job costing and stock control and purchasing are the workshop management application. Always select a developer who does this work properly from an agreed specification. The company should ideally have unlimited rights on the source code. Web sites and web-based applications are related to custom software. Custom software is little more costly than packaged software.
