    Business Situation

    PMI Health Group were already using a document management system but wanted to replace it. The main requirement was for something that would integrate seamlessly with existing software and would also be simple to deploy.
    Another need was for an intranet, readily accessible by the entire organisation.

    The Solution

    After an with igroup, PMI decided to take advantage of the process available and completed a pre-engagement questionnaire to help igroup fully understand the requirements.
    Following the on-site review, igroup compiled a report for PMI within 72 hours, clearly detailing the options available. As a result, PMI can now make a fully informed business decision.
