Question Designer
Dynamic Forms Enterprise gives the user the capabilty to develop their own forms. The Dynamic Forms web portal enables the user to perform this operation from anywhere with a web connection. Unlike similar survey\forms solutions Dynamic Forms does not have a per desktop license meaning that the web portal can be accessed from anywhere.
The first step in creating a form is to create the questions and answers that you want to appear on the PDA. Each form is split up into sections which are logical groups of questions. Once you add a question a number of answer types are available to collect data. These anser types are:-
- Text
- Multiple Choice
- Drop-down Menu
- Check Box
- Date and Time
- Signature Capture
- Photo Capture
- Barcode
- GPS Co-ordinates
Once you have created your questions and answers you are ready to use the Form Designer to define the final form layout.
