Desktop Data Capture

Not all mobile data collection is done on a PDA. There may be times when you want to fill in forms on a Laptop or Desktop Computer. Dynamic Forms not only allows mobile data collection but gives the user the ability to fill forms in from any web enabled desktop.

Most survey tools do not have web access to the forms or the results of the forms. The web portal that provides this functionality has been developed to allow a user to login to the system from anywhere. This removes the need for desktop licenses or installed software giving your organisation extreme flexability.

The following functionality can be still be used to collect data from the users desktop:-

• Photo Capture
• Time/Date stamping documents
• Saving forms for later submission
